What were the challenges we faced?
In order for the client to create an eCatalogue for prospective buyers, an eCommerce website was required.Therefore, only registered and verified buyers should be able to access the site so that competitors cannot steal or copy the designs uploaded. Only after the admin approves his registration can the buyer access the storefront.Additionally, the client wanted to create a lightbox for the registered buyer where the admin could create a lightbox and share only some of the links of his products with that buyer. Light-boxes are deactivated Start an Ecommerce store automatically at the end of an expiration period.
The solutions we offered
On the basis of the custom developments requested by the client, our team created an eCommerce store for a single brand with restricted storefront access for registered, verified, and approved buyers.Buyer registration was made a closed process, where the registration form was shared with the admin for his approval and verification.When a user's registration was approved, administrators could set up a lightbox and set expiration dates on product links. Users received an email notification at the e-mail address they registered. Clicking on that link shows the buyer the products that others have shared with him and allows him/her to search for any of the products that were shared with them.A buying process was not included in the solution.
